Liq provides an unbiased channel for handling complaints and reports - the Direct Channel.

It allows free and ethical communication with employees, suppliers, customers and partners.

The reporting is received by KPMG - a third company that receives the contacts, thus ensuring the exemption and total confidentiality of the users. Moreover, upon reporting, a protocol number and a password are generated, allowing to systematically monitor the progress of the investigation with privacy.
